From June 3rd to 7th, the United Front Work Department of the Conghua District Committee of Guangzhou organized a group of 30 private entrepreneurs to conduct research and investigation on "private enterprises entering famous enterprises" in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. They visited more than 10 well-known enterprises such as Baidu, Alibaba, and Jingke Energy to further broaden their horizons and learn new experiences for development. In Shanghai, entrepreneurs and their team have visited well-known industry representative enterprises such as Shanghai Jingke Energy Co., Ltd., Sika (China) Building Materials Co., Ltd., Liandong Yuepu Science and Technology Park, Baidu (China) Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Ruizhi Chemical Research Co., Ltd. to gain a detailed understanding of their innovative achievements and development experience in business philosophy, technological innovation, management models, market expansion, and other aspects; Visited Baoshan Science and Technology Innovation Talent Port in Shanghai to understand its unique advantages in technological innovation and talent introduction, as well as its future development plans. In Suzhou and Hangzhou, entrepreneurs conducted on-site inspections of well-known enterprises such as Suzhou Prolos Logistics Park, Alibaba Xixi Park, and Cainiao Network Headquarters Park, as well as visited Yiwu International Trade City and Lugang E-commerce Town, further deepening the understanding of private entrepreneurs in Conghua about the digital economy, logistics, and e-commerce industry in the Suzhou Hangzhou region. The person in charge of the United Front Work Department of the Conghua District Committee stated that the private economy is an important force in promoting regional economic development and developing new quality productive forces according to local conditions. The development model and successful experience of private enterprises in the Jiangsu Zhejiang Shanghai region have important reference significance for Conghua District. Through this learning experience, I have come to a profound understanding of the close connection and the importance of co construction, sharing, and win-win among the government, enterprises, and employees. In my future work, I will actively connect and bridge the gap, helping to promote deep cooperation and collaborative development among the government, enterprises, and employees. With open-minded government governance, I will lead the opening up of enterprises and employee development, achieving co construction, sharing, and win-win among the government, enterprises, and employees. At the same time, it is hoped that private entrepreneurs in Conghua District will seriously learn and draw on the successful experiences of benchmark enterprises in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, and drive high-quality development of enterprises through technological and cultural innovation. This research activity has received high recognition from private entrepreneurs participating in the research and investigation. They all expressed that during the inspection activities, they broadened their horizons, gained a deep understanding of the innovative development concepts in attracting investment and serving enterprises in the Jiangsu Zhejiang Shanghai region, felt the vitality and achievements of private economic development in the region, established valuable industry connections, and boosted their confidence in transformation, upgrading, and accelerating development. In the future, they will apply the concepts and methods they have learned to the actual development of enterprises, guide them with innovation, and promote their development through practical work. They will strive to make enterprises bigger and stronger, and help promote the high-quality development of the Conghua economy. It is understood that the survey and inspection of "private enterprises entering famous enterprises" is a vivid reflection of the United Front Work Department of Conghua District Committee's commitment to external and internal connections, and the combination of "going out" and "inviting in". Over the past year, it has planned to organize private entrepreneurs in Conghua District to study at Tsinghua University and have face-to-face exchanges with scholars, and to visit well-known enterprises in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai for inspection and exchange; Inviting more than 50 private entrepreneurs, including the Chairman of the 11th District Federation of Industry and Commerce in Guangzhou, as well as organizing more than 100 private entrepreneurs from Conghua to "go out" to advanced areas such as Huangpu and Shunde, will help further enhance communication and exchange among entrepreneurs, explore more cooperation opportunities, create conditions for enterprise development and win-win cooperation, and promote the healthy development of the private economy in Conghua District and the healthy growth of private economic personnel.
