Due to the continuous heavy rainfall in the early stage, the bottom water of rivers in our province is high, and the soil moisture content is saturated. The Provincial Defense Bureau requires all regions and departments to overcome complacency and laxity, continue to strengthen geological disaster prevention and traffic safety prevention, and strengthen monitoring and inspection of reservoirs and embankments.
