This expo will hold forums on the development of digitalization in the dairy industry, the development of standards and regulations in the dairy industry, new technologies and directions in dairy product testing, as well as a report on the achievements of the Dairy Science and Technology Innovation Fund project, to build a full industry chain information exchange platform for the global dairy industry. In today's dairy industry facing numerous challenges, cheese has become a new growth point in the dairy industry due to its high nutritional value, diverse product forms, and growing consumer recognition. The Three Year Action Plan for Cheese Innovation and Development to Boost the Competitiveness of the Dairy Industry (2023-2025) proposes that by 2025, China's cheese production will reach 500000 tons, and the national cheese retail market will exceed 30 billion yuan. On the 28th, Song Kungang, Honorary Chairman of the China National Committee of the International Dairy Federation, stated at the 2024 China (International) Cheese Technology and Market Development Forum that cheese will become a key focus of new quality productivity and mainstream product consumption in the Chinese dairy industry. The industry should actively embrace this difficult new situation. The rise of the cheese market is supported by multiple factors. Firstly, the introduction of industry policies provides strong support for the development of the cheese industry, and dairy companies have also increased their efforts in product innovation, launching more diversified and personalized cheese products to meet the needs of different consumers. Liu Chao, Vice Chairman and Executive Deputy Secretary General of the China Dairy Industry Association, believes that cheese should become the mainstream product in China's dairy industry. The rapid development of the cheese industry will become a new growth point in China's dairy industry. As the market enters a period of adjustment, the development of the cheese industry still faces many challenges. Industry insiders say that developing cheese can help drive the upgrading of dairy consumption.
