At the seasonal maintenance site, officers and soldiers are busy but not chaotic, skillfully performing meticulous maintenance on equipment in sequence. In order to give officers and soldiers a clear understanding of seasonal maintenance, the brigade established a maintenance guidance group consisting of technicians from each company as members, clarifying the responsibilities of key personnel in each region. The team members were coordinated and divided in a "precision leads diligence" and "old leads new" manner, and "technical experts" were arranged to explain the maintenance priorities of different vehicle equipment on site, ensuring that everyone had a division of labor and vehicles were guaranteed. It is understood that the seasonal maintenance work this time will last for 7 days. During the maintenance process, a survey of each piece of equipment and a vehicle by vehicle inspection will be carried out, and all equipment will be comprehensively and without blind spots inspected, restored to performance, and eliminated faults.
