Among them, more than 150 companies participated in online recruitment and provided 538 high-quality positions in online live streaming job promotion and online double selection activities. Tang Xiaobing, a member of the Party Group of the Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce, pointed out that it is necessary to fully leverage the role of private enterprises as the main channel for employment, establish a long-term mechanism for school enterprise cooperation, explore the joint construction of standardized training bases, innovation and entrepreneurship bases, etc., achieve the organic integration of enterprise market resources and university education resources, and cultivate more practical, compound, and scarce talents that meet market demand. Fang Bin, a second level inspector of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, pointed out that the number of college graduates in Guangdong Province this year is still at a historical high, and the task of employment is still arduous and heavy. Guangdong Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Federation of Industry and Commerce, Education and other departments are working together to implement the policy of prioritizing employment and expanding employment opportunities through multiple channels.
