2024-04-22

The West Lake Longjing tea planted on the rooftop of Building 11 in Tianmu Village, West Lake District, Hangzhou has become a new urban landscape. During the tea picking season, it attracts many citizens and tourists to climb the high-rise building and experience the joy of tea picking. It is understood that over 6000 square meters of West Lake Longjing tea has been planted on the roof of Building 11 in Tianmu Village, West Lake District, Hangzhou. It can block sunlight in summer, thereby reducing the energy consumption level of the building and carbon emissions, becoming a demonstration project for rooftop greening in Hangzhou. (Lai Xin She)
