Recently, the first overhead contact wire of the entire line was successfully installed on the Songjiang South to Fenhu section of the Shanghai Suzhou Lake Railway, pressing the "acceleration button" for the opening and operation of the Shanghai Suzhou Lake Railway. The entire length of the Shanghai Suzhou Lake Railway is 163.8 kilometers, and a total of 591.29 kilometers of overhead contact wires need to be installed. As of April 7th, a total of 36.359 kilometers of overhead contact systems have been installed. The contact wire is the power supply line for high-speed trains, and the installation of the contact wire is the most critical link in the construction of the contact network. In order to improve construction accuracy, the project department has significantly applied the modular constant tension overhead line car independently developed by China Railway Electrification Bureau and with independent intellectual property rights during construction. The wire error installed through this equipment is less than 0.05 millimeters, which is better than the acceptance standard of 0.1 millimeters for the straightness of high-speed railway contact network. According to Luo Dongbei, the manager of the four electric projects on the Shanghai Suzhou Lake Railway of China Railway Electric Bureau, the project department has established an intelligent production workshop. The production of contact wire cantilever, suspension wire, and stay wire is all completed by an automated pre assembly platform, achieving one-time processing and shaping. Compared with traditional manual operations, the accuracy is higher, and the product inspection qualification rate reaches 100%. After the completion of the Shanghai Suzhou Lake Railway, it will promote a more complete regional railway network layout, making the connection between Shanghai and cities in Jiangsu and Zhejiang more convenient. It will further enhance the railway service capacity of key areas such as the Hongqiao transportation hub, the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor in the Yangtze River Delta, and the Songjiang New City, and further strengthen the regional aggregation and radiation function in the Yangtze River Delta region.
