Guangxi Rongshui: Welcome to the Miao Manggao Festival

On February 26th, the 17th day of the first lunar month is the traditional "Manggao Festival" in Anyu Township, Rongshui Miao Autonomous County, Liuzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Local Miao youth dress up as "Manggao" and go door-to-door, sending New Year greetings to people, attracting a large number of tourists to come and experience the game. The Miao people regard the "Manggao" as a symbol of integrity, friendliness, diligence, bravery, auspiciousness, and happiness.
