On the early morning of January 19th, a high-speed train slowly entered the first and second level inspection and repair depot of Guangzhou South High Speed Train Operation Station located in Panyu District, Guangzhou. This depot is specifically designed for inspecting, testing, repairing, and maintaining high-speed trains. The 2024 Spring Festival travel will last for a total of 40 days from January 26th to March 5th. As the Spring Festival travel season approaches, more than a hundred high-speed train mechanics from Guangzhou South EMU Operation Institute are on duty at night, conducting in-depth inspections and maintenance of 37 sets of high-speed trains assigned to them. They carefully carry out performance debugging, disinfection, and other work to prepare for the Spring Festival travel season. It is reported that in order to ensure the safe travel of passengers, the Guangzhou high-speed train depot has strengthened the maintenance of important components of the high-speed train, focusing on the comprehensive renovation of equipment and facilities such as seats, small desks, and bathrooms that are frequently used by passengers, in order to improve the passenger riding experience.
