Gansu conducts practical exercises for water rescue

On August 14th, the Gansu Provincial Flood Control and Drought Relief Command conducted a practical rescue drill for the "Blue Flame Chasing Waves · 2023" water area in the Lanzhou section of the Yellow River. The drill simulates scenarios such as heavy rainfall causing river water to rise, trapping people, falling into the water and drifting.
