On the 8th, the reporter learned from the State Administration for Market Regulation that in order to implement the national decision and deployment on the development of the hydrogen energy industry and fully leverage the normative and leading role of standards in the development of the hydrogen energy industry, recently, the National Standards Commission, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and the Ministry of Emergency Management The National Energy Administration and other departments jointly issued the "Guidelines for the Construction of the Hydrogen Energy Industry Standard System (2023 Edition)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines"). This is the first national guide for the construction of a standard system for the entire hydrogen energy industry chain. Hydrogen energy is a rich, green, low-carbon, and widely used secondary energy source, which is of great significance for building a clean, low-carbon, safe, and efficient energy system and achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals. According to the introduction, the "Guidelines" system has constructed a standard system for the entire industry chain of hydrogen energy production, storage, transportation, and utilization, covering five subsystems: foundation and safety, hydrogen preparation, hydrogen storage and transportation, hydrogen refueling, and hydrogen energy application. Further decomposition is carried out based on technology, equipment, systems, safety, and testing, forming 20 secondary subsystems and 69 tertiary subsystems. The "Guidelines" proposed the focus of standard formulation and revision work, and also clarified the key tasks of domestic and international hydrogen energy standardization work in the past three years. They deployed "two major actions", including core standard development action and international standardization improvement action, and proposed relevant measures for organizational implementation.
