Yuncheng, Shanxi: Sediment erosion in the Yellow River channel forms a "sand island in the river"

On May 7th, in Yuncheng, Shanxi, an aerial photo was taken of the "Thousand Islands" landscape in the Yellow River channel. Recently, due to changes in water volume, the sediment in the Wanrong section of the Yellow River in Shanxi has been eroded and divided by water flow, forming "sand islands in the river" of varying sizes and shapes, transforming into a "thousand islands" landscape.
