At present, China's talent team is rapidly expanding, and the supporting role of talents in China's development is unprecedented. The land of China is becoming a hot land for various talents to have great potential and achievements. In recent years, with the steady promotion of the strategy of strengthening the country with talent, the pattern of the Party's talent management work has been formed, the management system and mechanism have been continuously improved and perfected, and there has been significant progress in talent policy innovation and talent work. The ability to continuously cultivate a large number of outstanding talents has significantly improved. Various regions have incorporated talent development into their medium to long-term plans, and the work of attracting talents and talents has been effective. The trend of diverse subjects is evident, the research environment is significantly improved, and the reform of talent evaluation is gradually deepening. The phenomenon of "four only" has been initially curbed. However, there are still some deep-seated problems that should be addressed in a targeted manner. The standards for building a talent highland should reflect the "three highs", namely high target positioning, high talent integration, and high institutional allocation.
