On April 17, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, took aerial photos of Shaobo Ancient Town along the Beijing Hangzhou Grand Canal. The ancient town of Shaobo, which has a history of more than 1600 years, is bordered by the Yangtze River in the south, Shaobo Lake in the west, and the Beijing Hangzhou Grand Canal in the middle. Shaobo was once an important commercial and trade town in history because of its position as a transportation hub of "shipping in the south and horse in the north". In 2014, the old Shaobo Canal in Ming and Qing dynasties, Shaobo Docks, Shaobo Ancient Embankment, Shaobo Old Ship Lock, Huaiyang Canal main line (Shaobo section), etc. were included in the World Heritage List of China's Grand Canal.
