During French President Macron's visit to China, the accompanying business delegation signed multiple procurement and cooperation agreements with China. On April 6th, European aircraft manufacturer Airbus announced the signing of a new cooperation agreement with its Chinese aviation industry partners. Among them, it signed a batch purchase agreement with China Aviation Equipment Group Co., Ltd. for 160 aerial medium bus civil aircraft, with a total value of about 20 billion dollars; Sign a memorandum of cooperation with China Aviation Fuel Group Co., Ltd. to improve the production and use of sustainable aviation fuel; A second production line will be built in Tianjin to expand the final assembly capacity of the A320 series aircraft. Transportation, energy and other fields are the long-term development directions of Sino French commercial cooperation. Thanks to commercial cooperation and trade exchanges between China and France, China has achieved significant development in multiple areas of the real economy. China's high-speed rail technology is leading the world, and it cannot be separated from the early introduction and absorption of advanced technology from global rail transit giants such as Alstom from France. Alstom has also participated in assisting in the construction of the subway network in China's first tier cities, and has participated in cooperation with the French Power Group in the construction of China's power industry. As the world's leading aircraft manufacturer, Airbus has also provided a large number of high-quality airliner for China's air transport enterprises. Of course, commercial cooperation between China and France goes far beyond this. In the era of globalization, open cooperation and mutual benefit have long become a consensus, and no country can sever its connection with the outside world. Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, China has persisted in opening up to the outside world. The vast Chinese consumer market has created opportunities for trade and investment in various countries around the world. In this process, China has also absorbed and transformed advanced technologies from various countries around the world, and continuously innovated and developed on this basis, forming new technologies with independent intellectual property rights and feeding back to the world. At present, China's manufacturing industry is in the forefront of the world as a whole, and it is the only country in the world that has all the industrial categories in the UN industry classification. Relying on China's own large-scale market, as well as the continuously improving resilience and risk resistance of the industrial chain, Sino French commercial cooperation will surely achieve stability and progress. Airbus will build a second production line in Tianjin, which is enough to illustrate this point. To achieve the overall goal of producing 75 A320 series aircraft globally per month by 2026, Airbus will increase the final assembly capacity of the A320 series aircraft by expanding its Tianjin production line. China has the world's most promising civil aviation market, and its demand for airliner will remain at the forefront of the world in the coming decades. These demands may not be fully absorbed and digested by the existing production capacity of major aircraft manufacturers. In 2022, Airbus delivered a total of 112 aircraft to the Chinese market, of which 62 were delivered by Airbus Tianjin. It goes without saying that the cost and time saved by such commercial planning in China's final assembly and delivery are more significant in recognizing the huge market and investment environment in China. The construction of production lines in Tianjin is based on the leading technological level of China's manufacturing industry and China's global influence in the manufacturing industry. As the impact of the epidemic on global population mobility gradually subsides, the demand for civil aviation travel will show explosive growth, which will inevitably bring a sense of urgency to aircraft manufacturers. Airliner manufacturing is the crown of industrial manufacturing
