The opening ceremony of the "Golden Dragon 2023" joint performance between China and Cambodia was held at a training base of the Cambodian Royal Army on the 23rd. Major General Chen Mintian, the leader of the Chinese team and Deputy Chief of Staff of the Army in the Southern Theater, and General Hong Manai, Deputy Commander in Chief and Army Commander of the Royal Cambodian Army, delivered speeches respectively. All participating officers and soldiers from both sides of the joint exercise, military officials from various countries in Cambodia, and observers from various countries in Southeast Asia attended the ceremony.
