On November 15, the 77th United Nations General Assembly held the election of judges of the United Nations Appeals Tribunal and the Dispute Tribunal. Gao Xiaoli and Sun Xiangzhuang, judges from the Supreme People's Court of China, were elected to the United Nations Appeals Tribunal and the United Nations Dispute Tribunal, respectively, upon the recommendation of the United Nations Internal Judicial Council.
