Russian media: Ukrainian military helicopters attacked an oil facility on the Russian side

Russian media quoted Russian local officials as saying on April 1 that two Ukrainian military helicopters attacked an oil facility in the Russian city of Belgorod and caused a fire. Ukrainian state news agency also reported a fire at an oil facility in Belgorod on the same day, but did not explain the cause of the fire.
