On November 17, the Ministry of Finance issued the third issue of RMB 6 billion treasury bonds in 2021 to institutional investors in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, successfully completing the issuance task of RMB 20 billion for the whole year. Institutional investors actively participated, with a total subscription of RMB 6 billion in the current period of RMB 19.758 billion, with an oversubscription of 3.3 times. (outlook new era)
