The China Consumer Association said that the "double 11" is a "promotion Festival" built by businesses for many years. The online and offline markets are shrouded in the publicity fog of "giant discount sale", "annual minimum", "limited time rush purchase" and "explosion of money", forming a psychological expectation of "buying is making" for consumers. But in fact, the price monitoring and consumer complaints organized by the Consumer Association for many years show that the "double 11" promotion price of some businesses may not be really affordable. Some businesses use the routine of "rising first and then falling", and some businesses set up various fancy "buy gifts". The actual price is no different from the usual price, and may even be the most expensive in the whole year. At present, many businesses have launched various promotion means to attract consumers to place orders, including pre-sale, red envelopes, full reduction, coupons, etc. the design of some promotion rules is complex, which requires consumers to "calculate carefully". In this regard, the China Consumer Association reminds consumers to pay attention to the merchant's promotion rules and understand whether there are "threshold" restrictions on various preferential measures, applicable product categories and scope, whether they can be superimposed and used, and after-sales service measures. If there is no clear agreement or unclear identification and there are obviously unfair standard terms, it is recommended to choose carefully to avoid disputes afterwards.
