Small and medium-sized enterprises are important positions for attracting employment. According to data, the number of college graduates nationwide reached 11.58 million in 2023. The industrial and information technology departments in various regions have implemented the policy of prioritizing employment, actively promoting the competent departments of enterprises at all levels, holding special job fairs for small and medium-sized enterprises, specialized, refined, and new enterprises, and tapping into employment potential. Multiple measures have been taken to build platforms, expand positions, and stabilize employment. In March of this year, there were a large number of people at the Beijing Specialized, Refined, and New Enterprise Special Recruitment Fair. A recent graduate majoring in mechanical engineering from Beijing University of Technology is interested in a robotics company. Faced with difficulties in the employment situation, various regions actively build docking platforms between enterprises and schools, and urge graduates and enterprises to travel in both directions. In March of this year, a series of recruitment activities for specialized, refined, and new small and medium-sized enterprises in Hunan Province were launched at Hunan University. 33 specialized, refined, and new enterprises reached employment intentions with 238 job seekers. Simultaneously carry out online recruitment, live streaming job guidance, career guidance, talent training seminars, and other activities, with over 38000 views of online live streaming. In order to extend the service radius of recruitment activities, Hunan Province actively utilizes online docking platforms to organize online job fairs and promote the integration of industry and talent through "air services". The relevant person in charge of the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology stated that the local government will release recruitment and job search information free of charge and at any time in the 100 day recruitment activity section of the China Small and Medium sized Enterprise Information Network, to bridge the employment gap between small and medium-sized enterprises and university graduates. Guo Xiaoqin, Director of the Hebei Province Small and Medium sized Enterprise Development Promotion Center, said that small and medium-sized enterprises have unique advantages in stabilizing and promoting employment. In order to further improve the success rate of docking between small and medium-sized enterprises and college graduates, Hebei Province has launched a 100 day recruitment live streaming job promotion activity. On the day of its launch, 6 universities signed strategic agreements with 26 high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises to explore job opportunities for graduates through employment orders and school enterprise cooperation. At the end of June, Sun Mingyang, a recent graduate living in Qiaoxi District, Shijiazhuang, found a job as a network engineer at a live streaming online lecture. The recruitment activity has been moved online, and various processes such as interviews and internships have also progressed smoothly, "said Sun Mingyang. While strengthening job exploration and matching supply and demand, some regions continue to increase support for job expansion for industries and enterprises with strong employability, accelerating the release of policy dividends. Jilin Province implements a one-time job expansion subsidy policy. For enterprises that recruit graduates from ordinary universities who have not been employed in 2023 or within two years of leaving school, a one-time job expansion subsidy will be issued at a rate of 1500 yuan per person recruited. The Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology has issued the "Several Measures for Implementing the Top Ten Strong Enterprise Actions to Stimulate the Vitality of Specialized, Refined, and Special New Enterprises", which involves multiple policy guarantees such as talent introduction and housing subsidies, further strengthening the confidence of specialized, refined, and special new enterprises and their outstanding talents in the development of Beijing, and improving the efficiency of urgently needed talent supply for enterprises. On the day of stabilizing employment, the 2023 Large Public Welfare Recruitment Fair for Small and Medium Enterprises was held in the talent market of Jilin Province, with over 230 enterprises participating and providing management services
