Affected by the typhoon "Du Suri" moving northward, from July 29 to August 1, extreme rainfall occurred in North China, Huang Huai River and other places, large basin floods occurred in Haihe River, serial floods occurred in Ziya River, Daqing River and Yongding River successively, and serious flooding geological disasters occurred in many parts of Hebei and southwest Beijing, causing heavy casualties and property losses. We need to properly resettle the affected people, quickly repair damaged infrastructure such as transportation, communication, and electricity, and restore normal production and living order as soon as possible. Flood prevention and rescue are urgent. In recent days, relevant departments in North China, Huanghuai and other regions have invested a large amount of rescue efforts to rush to the scene for emergency response, timely allocation and transportation of disaster relief materials, relocation and resettlement of affected people, repair of damaged infrastructure, and spare no effort to fight against the flood situation. Since July 29, when floods hit parts of North China, the Yellow River and Huaihe River, and other places, many places in North China and the Yellow River and Huaihe River have been under the red alert of rainstorm. According to the Central Meteorological Observatory, from July 29 to August 1, heavy rainstorm occurred in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, western Shandong, northern Henan and eastern Shanxi, and extremely heavy rainstorm occurred in piedmont and southern Beijing and central and southern Hebei. Among them, some areas in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region have a rainfall of 200 to 450 millimeters, with local areas reaching over 600 millimeters; The maximum hourly rainfall ranges from 30 to 60 millimeters, with local areas reaching over 80 millimeters. The main precipitation period is from the night of July 29th to the 31st. Meteorologists said that the area with the largest rainfall in this round was along the Taihang Mountains, from the east of Xingtai and Shijiazhuang in Hebei to Baoding, and finally to Fangshan and Mentougou in the southwest of Beijing. Affected by this, some areas have experienced floods and waterlogging disasters. Dayandi Village, Chengnanzhuang Town, Fuping County, Hebei Province, is located in the Taihang Mountains. Affected by the extreme rainstorm, the water level of the Rouge River flowing through Chengnanzhuang Town continues to rise, with washed out trees floating in the river, some corn lying in the water, and the river constantly hitting the bank. When villager Liang Aining was relocated, he saw that the river had already overflowed the bank, and there were occasional crushed stones and soil rolling down the mountain on the road. As of 8:00 am on July 31st, there were multiple collapses and four washouts on county and township roads in Fuping County, resulting in road traffic interruption in one township (Xiazhuang Township) and two villages (Mianpan and Yangdao), which are currently undergoing urgent repairs; 9 collapsed and washed out transportation facilities and bridges; 7 collapses of houses and walls; Some townships (Taiyu Township and Xiazhuang Township) experienced communication signal interruptions due to the destruction of fiber optic cable facilities, while some administrative villages (Mianpan, Yangdao) were affected by water damage and power supply was interrupted. In this round of extreme heavy rain, Fangshan District and Mentougou District have the largest average rainfall. The torrential flood "rolled" cars, accumulated water on the road and blocked people's travel... On July 31, Xingliang Road, Liangchang Road, Mentougou China National Highway 109, Zhaiyou Road and other roads in Fangshan suffered from road surface water, sudden landslides and small-scale mountain torrents. In the afternoon of the same day, affected by continuous heavy rainfall, Yongding River water volume soared
