On the morning of March 29, the 17th China Vietnam bipartisan theoretical seminar themed "Experience in Innovative Social Governance in the Information Age" was held via video. Li Shulei, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Minister of Publicity of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and Ruan Chunsheng, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, chairman of the Central Theoretical Committee, and dean of the Ho Chi Minh National School of Political Science, attended and delivered keynote speeches. From the strategic height of comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization, the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made new arrangements to improve the social governance system. In the face of new opportunities and challenges brought by information technology to social governance, China has transformed the advantages of the Party's leadership and socialist system into advantages in social governance, adhered to the people-centered approach, firmly established the concept of governance according to law, attached importance to the use of new technologies, gave full play to the role of network dissemination of advanced culture and mainstream values, and promoted governance modernization through information technology. Ruan Chunsheng spoke highly of the remarkable achievements made by China in strengthening and innovating social governance, and expressed his willingness to continue to carry forward the fine tradition of friendship and mutual trust with the Chinese side, strengthen the exchange of experience in governance, expand cooperation in various fields, and promote greater success in Vietnam China relations and the socialist cause of both sides.
