Guide for the construction of all-element geological information platform in urban underground space

The first normative standard of urban underground space information platform in China, the Guide for the Construction of Urban Underground Space All-Factor Geological Information Platform (hereinafter referred to as the Guide), will be officially implemented on March 1. This standard has guiding significance for the design, construction, application and operation and maintenance of the all-element geological information platform. In recent years, with the continuous growth of the scale and speed of urban underground space construction in China, the demand for urban underground space development from shallow to deep is increasingly strong. In order to adapt and lead the development of urban underground space to be transparent and coordinated, it is imperative to standardize the construction of the all-element geological information platform for urban underground space. Since December 2019, the research team led by China Railway Fourth Survey and Design Institute and participated by China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), Nanjing Geological Survey Center of China Geological Survey and other units has worked together to carry out platform development, construction and integration testing, and has conducted demonstration applications in Chongqing, Hangzhou and other places, accumulating valuable platform construction experience. The Guide is an important research achievement of the national key research and development plan "Fine detection and safe utilization technology of urban underground space". It plans to carry out technological innovation and research and development with the "exploration, evaluation, construction and use" of deep underground space as the main line. It is reported that after the implementation of the Guide, the platform construction unit will be guided to carry out the integrated construction of urban underground all-element geological information database, three-dimensional geological modeling, all-resource evaluation and platform system function development, which will help improve the convenience and efficiency of system design, technology selection, quality inspection and acceptance organization, and provide technical support for the expansion of urban deep resource space. The three-dimensional evaluation of urban underground space based on the Guide can provide decision-making assistance and information support for the scientific and rational development and utilization of urban underground space, and has important application value.
