For example, since this year, the investment in the construction of railway, highway, water and air infrastructure in Jiangsu Province has reached 144 billion yuan, accounting for 79.6% of the annual plan. In the first nine months, Guangdong completed a total investment of 142.9 billion yuan in fixed assets of roads and waterways, up 9.7% year on year. Among them, the year-on-year growth in September was 28.5%. Henan has adjusted the investment target of highway and waterway from 121.3 billion yuan to 150 billion yuan this year. Since the beginning of the fourth quarter, the construction of major transportation projects has been "accelerated", and efforts have been made to stabilize the construction, expand new construction and increase reserves. At present, a number of major projects, such as the Shenzhen China Channel, Xinjiang Wuwei Expressway, and the Beijing East Sixth Ring Road Reconstruction Project, are being implemented in an orderly manner. At the same time, a number of major projects started intensively. For example, as an important part of the coastal corridor of China's "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed rail network, the construction of the Shenzhen Jiangmen high-speed railway has officially started, with a bridge tunnel ratio of 98%, of which the Pearl River Estuary Tunnel is the deepest undersea tunnel in China; The longest expressway tunnel under construction in Liaoning Province - Motianling Tunnel of Ben Huan Expressway is under construction, which will form a 3-hour traffic radius fast traffic network with Shenyang as the core. The success of pilot projects has been accelerated one by one. The layout, structure, function and development mode of transportation infrastructure have been further optimized, and the modern comprehensive transportation system has been continuously improved.
