National Health Commission: 503 new confirmed cases of coronary pneumonia were added on October 8, including 441 local cases

The National Health Commission reported on October 9 that 503 new confirmed cases of coronary pneumonia were reported in 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from October 8 to 24. Among them, 62 cases were imported from abroad (17 cases in Fujian, 14 cases in Guangdong, 9 cases in Beijing, 5 cases in Sichuan, 4 cases in Chongqing, 3 cases in Tianjin, 3 cases in Inner Mongolia, 3 cases in Jiangsu, 2 cases in Yunnan, 1 case in Shanghai, and 1 case in Guangxi), including 5 cases from asymptomatic infections to confirmed cases (2 cases in Guangdong, 1 case in Tianjin, 1 case in Inner Mongolia, and 1 case in Sichuan); 441 local cases (207 in Inner Mongolia, 53 in Xinjiang, 34 in Guangdong, 22 in Sichuan, 20 in Shanxi, 20 in Shaanxi, 19 in Chongqing, 14 in Yunnan, 8 in Henan, 8 in Hainan, 6 in Beijing, 5 in Jiangsu, 4 in Liaoning, 4 in Zhejiang, 4 in Tibet, 3 in Hunan, 3 in Ningxia, 2 in Heilongjiang, 2 in Shanghai, 2 in Guizhou, and 1 in Anhui), 103 cases (71 cases in Inner Mongolia, 7 cases in Guangdong, 7 cases in Chongqing, 5 cases in Sichuan, 4 cases in Zhejiang, 3 cases in Yunnan, 1 case in Shanxi, 1 case in Liaoning, 1 case in Jiangsu, 1 case in Henan, 1 case in Hunan, and 1 case in Shaanxi) were transferred from asymptomatic infections to confirmed cases. There were no new deaths. There are no new suspected cases. 184 new discharged cases were cured that day, including 54 imported cases, 130 local cases (47 cases in Sichuan, 35 cases in Inner Mongolia, 10 cases in Guizhou, 8 cases in Ningxia, 7 cases in Heilongjiang, 4 cases in Tianjin, 4 cases in Guangdong, 4 cases in Yunnan, 3 cases in Shandong, 2 cases in Zhejiang, 2 cases in Hainan, 2 cases in Tibet, 1 case in Beijing, and 1 case in Qinghai), 27224 close contacts were released from medical observation, and 3 cases of severe cases were reduced compared with the previous day. 641 confirmed cases (including 1 severe case) were imported from abroad, and there was no suspected case. There were 24600 confirmed cases, 23959 discharged cases and no death cases. As of 24:00 on October 8, according to reports from 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, there are 3618 confirmed cases (including 13 severe cases), 244297 discharged cases have been cured, 5226 deaths have been reported, 253141 confirmed cases have been reported, and there are no existing suspected cases. A total of 6306281 close contacts were traced, and 274285 close contacts were still under medical observation. 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 1422 new cases of asymptomatic infection, including 115 cases imported from abroad, 1307 local cases (424 in Inner Mongolia, 383 in Xinjiang, 61 in Gansu, 45 in Sichuan, 36 in Yunnan, 32 in Ningxia, 31 in Hubei, 30 in Henan, 30 in Shaanxi, 29 in Tibet, 22 in Anhui, 21 in Guangdong, 20 in Liaoning, 19 in Shanghai, 18 in Hunan, 16 in Shanxi, 15 in Guizhou, 13 in Jiangsu, 12 in Hebei, 10 in Zhejiang, 8 in Shandong, 7 in Jilin, 7 in Chongqing, 5 in Heilongjiang, 4 in Tianjin, 4 in Fujian, 3 in Guangxi, and 2 in Beijing). None of the medical observations released on that day
