To improve the sensitivity of monitoring and early warning, big cities should establish a "sampling circle" of nucleic acid within a 15 minute walk, broaden the scope and channels of monitoring, release epidemic information openly and transparently in a timely manner, and seriously pursue the responsibility of delayed reporting, concealment and omission. We should improve the construction and reserve standards of isolation points and shelter hospitals, make good preparations for planning and site selection, infrastructure and necessary materials, and ensure that they can be put into use within 24 hours when needed. We should strengthen basic work at the grass-roots level, implement the prevention and control work to the point and personnel, implement normalized prevention and control measures in old urban areas, construction sites, schools, elderly care and welfare institutions and other places, and strictly implement closed-loop management for key personnel. We should continue to do a good job in vaccination focusing on the elderly, promote mutual recognition of nucleic acid test results, and minimize the impact of the epidemic on production and life.
