We should improve the measurement and monitoring system of forest and grass carbon sequestration, implement the pilot of the value realization mechanism of ecological products, and improve the ecological protection compensation system. We should strictly protect ecological resources, severely crack down on illegal logging, illegal requisition and occupation of forest land and grassland, persevere in cracking down on wildlife smuggling, strictly prevent forest and grassland fires, and strengthen the prevention and control of forest and grass pests. We should vigorously carry forward the spirit of Saihanba, innovate and promote the voluntary planting of trees by the whole people, and guide the whole society to be a practitioner and promoter of the construction of ecological civilization.
