The report proposes to improve the guarantee mechanism of financial investment in the field of transportation, optimize the structure of financial expenditure, give better play to the role of financial guidance, mobilize the enthusiasm of all parties, promote the quality and efficiency of financial funds, and promote the development of transportation. From July to September this year, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress carried out law enforcement inspection on the implementation of the notarization law. The meeting heard a report on inspecting the implementation of the notarization law made by Cao Jianming, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress. Under the leadership of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, the legal work committee has solidly carried out the work of filing and review, and made new progress in the construction of the filing and review system. The report also proposes the organization of work for 2022.
