At a press conference held by the State Council Information Office recently, relevant officials from the Ministry of Finance also stated that they will work with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other departments to implement a new round of financial support policies for specialized, refined, and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises in the near future. Recently, policies have also been introduced in cities such as Beijing and Henan to support the development of specialized, refined, and innovative enterprises. Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important force in promoting innovation, employment, and improving people's livelihoods, while specialized, refined, and innovative enterprises are the "vanguard" who focus on segmented markets and have strong innovation capabilities. These types of enterprises are often single champions or hidden champions in the industry. Promoting the specialization, refinement, specialization, and novelty of small and medium-sized enterprises can effectively enhance the resilience and safety level of China's industrial and supply chains, accelerate the development of high-end, intelligent, and green manufacturing, and provide important support for building a modern industrial system and promoting high-quality development. In recent years, China has continuously increased its efforts to cultivate specialized, refined, and new small and medium-sized enterprises. As of now, a total of 124000 specialized, refined, and new small and medium-sized enterprises have been cultivated, including 12000 specialized, refined, and new "little giant" enterprises, injecting new momentum into China's economic development. Promoting the high-quality development of specialized, refined, and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises requires a dual approach, starting from cultivation and service, guiding and supporting more small and medium-sized enterprises to move towards "new" and "high" in terms of quantity. Adhere to a problem oriented approach and put in a lot of effort to cultivate. Cultivating enterprises is like seedling cultivation, which requires both the irrigation of development factors such as funds and the benefits of optimizing the allocation of innovative resources such as scientific research and talent.
