For 75 years, both sides have always adhered to the principles of mutual respect, equal treatment, and mutual benefit, promoting the relationship between the two countries to navigate in the right direction and enter the best period in history. I had a friendly and productive meeting with Prime Minister Orban, exchanging in-depth views on the development of China Hungary relations in the new era and issues of mutual concern, reaching broad consensus, and witnessing a series of important bilateral cooperation text exchanges. I am full of confidence in the development prospects of the relationship between the two countries. We all believe that high-level political mutual trust has laid a solid foundation for the development of China Hungary relations. Both sides are willing to maintain the momentum of close high-level exchanges, strengthen dialogue and exchanges among the government, legislative bodies, and political parties, and share their experience in governing the country. The Chinese side highly appreciates Hungary's firm adherence to the One China principle and will continue to firmly support Hungary in pursuing a development path that is in line with its own national conditions. We all believe that the traditional friendship between China and Hungary has a profound foundation. Both sides will continue to support language teaching between the two countries, make good use of each other's cultural center platforms, strengthen exchanges and cooperation in sports, media, local areas, and other fields, and promote mutual learning of civilizations and people to people communication. Both sides will further optimize their respective entry and exit policies, strengthen direct air connections between the two countries, and create more favorable conditions for expanding two-way personnel exchanges. We all believe that the cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European countries adheres to consultation, co construction, and sharing, setting an example of cross regional cooperation. China and Hungary will lead the cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European countries to a larger scope, wider fields, and higher level, better benefiting the people of all countries. China attaches importance to the China EU comprehensive strategic partnership and believes that Europe is an important pole in a multipolar world and an important partner in promoting Chinese path to modernization.
