We will pilot the implementation of talent endorsement policies for Hong Kong and Macao in mainland cities of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, and extend the validity period of return permits for Hong Kong and Macao residents affected by the epidemic; We will work with relevant departments to adjust the entry policies for foreigners in multiple batches, optimize regional entry visa free, transit visa free, and port visa policies, and activate the new version of the Foreigner Permanent Residence Identity Card - the "Five Star Card". We will actively work with relevant departments to continuously promote the social convenience application of the "Five Star Card", effectively promoting normal exchanges between Chinese and foreign personnel and stable and smooth industrial and supply chains. We have fully resumed the acceptance and approval of Chinese citizens' entry and exit documents, port passenger clearance, visa exemption and port visas for foreign regions, and the "national access" policy for mainland residents to travel to Hong Kong and Macao. Throughout the year, a total of 18.428 million ordinary passports were issued, 86.09 million travel documents and endorsements to and from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, and 1.705 million foreign visa documents were issued, with year-on-year increases of 1625.4%, 1318%, and 158.3%, respectively.
