Innovative training content will be used to support the construction of a new military training system, and ideological, theoretical, talent, and practical preparations will be made for the comprehensive promotion of the standardized construction of the new outline system. It is understood that the focus of the training is to discuss the new outline system architecture and plan to construct multiple categories of training outlines; Elaborate on the main body of the new outline revision, focusing on meeting the training needs of troops in different strategic directions and states, and clarify the functional division of the outline use; Exchange new outline editing methods, starting from innovative system design, drafting editing standards, and drawing on practical achievements of the military, and jointly discuss solutions to solve problems; Clarify the measures for the construction of the new outline, closely follow the layout of training transformation, clarify the goals and tasks of outline construction, focus on the compilation and trial training of basic training outlines, and organize pre research on the compilation of synthetic training outlines.
