Recently, the on-site meeting of the "Hundred and Ten Million Project" in Huiyang District was held in Xinxu Town. The meeting listened to the cultivation work of typical towns in Xinxu Town by various special teams of the district's "Hundred and Ten Million Project" command center, and made arrangements for the next steps of work. The meeting proposed that Xinxu Town, as one of the first batch of typical towns in the province's "Ten Million Project", should firmly grasp the opportunity and devote itself wholeheartedly to building provincial typical towns with the highest efficiency and standards. We should focus on the construction requirements of "1+4+7+9+N", increase the depth and intensity of scheme design, and do a good job in the work of beautiful township entrances, beautiful demonstration main streets, beautiful town living rooms, beautiful rivers, etc; To standardize the "six disorderly" behaviors, focus on the "three line" underground work, and ensure beautification, aesthetics, and cleanliness; We need to strengthen vertical and horizontal departmental communication and docking, boost development confidence, overcome difficulties, and work together to promote the cultivation of typical towns; We need to establish a long-term operation and maintenance mechanism, strengthen Party building leadership and empower grassroots governance, and improve the level of grassroots governance capabilities. The meeting requires strengthening organizational leadership and enhancing publicity and mobilization. Adopting the model of "weekly scheduling meetings+specialized teams stationed in offices" to promote the cultivation of typical towns, leveraging the roles of enterprises, chambers of commerce, associations, and other organizations, calling on various social organizations to participate widely in the construction of typical towns, and ensuring that the cultivation of typical towns is well-known; Secondly, we should be problem oriented and focus on key tasks. We will work together from multiple parties to optimize the design plan and construction organization plan, reverse the construction period, and ensure that each project is followed up by dedicated personnel. At the same time, we will invite central and provincial enterprises to participate in the construction of typical towns and villages; Thirdly, we must focus on centralized rectification and standardize social control. We need to strengthen the rectification of traffic order and non compliant business practices in a more strict and standardized manner; Fourthly, we need to strengthen the guarantee of essential factors and form work linkage. Each specialized team should dispatch dedicated personnel to work on-site in Xinxu Town, coordinate and solve problems on site, strengthen linkage, and ensure efficient completion of various tasks. It is understood that in November 2023, Xinyu Town in Huiyang District was listed as one of the first batch of typical towns in the province's "Ten Million Project", and is one of the five selected towns in Huizhou. Xinxu Town is promoting the deepening and implementation of the "Million and Ten Thousand Project" with the momentum of being the "Number One Project", focusing on urban energy improvement and "Butterfly Transformation" upgrading, and striving to promote qualitative improvements in urban style, industrial development, etc. With a spirit of perseverance, it is promoting the implementation of various deployments. The town has established an on-site command center for the "Million and Ten Thousand Project" and hired the Provincial Planning Institute to guide the cultivation and construction planning of typical towns. The layout and design are strictly determined according to requirements, and the design of beautiful living rooms, entrances, and river channels in the town is strengthened to reflect the characteristics of Xinxu Town.
