We will do a solid job in promoting Party building and rural revitalization, and provide a strong organizational guarantee for accelerating agricultural and rural modernization and better promoting Chinese path to modernization. Li Ganjie pointed out that promoting rural revitalization through Party building is related to the modernization of agriculture and rural areas, the well-being of millions of farmers, and the foundation of the Party's governance. We must highlight the construction of township party committees and village party organizations, continuously rectify weak and lax village party organizations, assign and make good use of the first secretary and work team stationed in the village, and fully play the vanguard and exemplary role of rural party members. We need to deepen the leadership of Party building in grassroots governance, improve the rural governance system led by Party organizations that combines autonomy, rule of law, and moral governance, and create a vibrant, harmonious, and orderly countryside with good governance. We must adhere to the combination of talent recruitment and local training, and strive to build a rural talent team that is capable of sinking, retaining, and being effective. We must implement the responsibilities of the fifth level secretaries in promoting rural revitalization, vigorously promote the style of seeking truth, pragmatism, and practical work, and vigorously implement various work tasks.
