Universities, scientific research institutes and enterprises in Chongqing have carried out scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation with more than 60 innovation subjects of countries jointly building the "the Belt and Road". Chongqing has formed 29 international friendly cities and 84 friendly exchange cities with countries jointly building the "the Belt and Road". Through the joint construction of a technology innovation cooperation network, universities, research institutes, and enterprises in Chongqing have conducted exchanges and interactions with multiple overseas research institutions in various forms, resulting in a total of over 10000 scientific and technological talent exchanges. Chongqing Technology and Business University, Yuanda Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. and others have hosted 11 technical training courses for developing countries, and recruited more than 300 students from more than 40 countries jointly building the "the Belt and Road".
