For example, addiction to the internet has had a serious impact on the physical and mental health and normal learning and life of minors, and has become a hot topic of concern for the whole society. The Regulations clearly require online product and service providers to establish and improve anti addiction systems, refine the real name system for online games, establish and improve anti addiction game rules, and prevent and resist negative value tendencies such as traffic prioritization. For network service providers, enhancing user stickiness is a key indicator of product design success, which contradicts the natural tendency to prevent users from becoming addicted.
