Cheng Shuang, Deputy Director of the Education Department of Heilongjiang Province, stated that in recent years, the Provincial Department of Education, in conjunction with various graduate training units in the province, has continuously promoted the stable development of professional degree graduate education through in-depth implementation of engineering projects such as the "Double First Class" construction, graduate education innovation and quality improvement project. Next, the Provincial Department of Education will work with various graduate training units in the province to carry out comprehensive planning and layout, integration of industry and education, comprehensive reform, project construction, and quality assurance.
