For those who are anxious, strong, and stressed, this may be bad news, as scientists have recently released a "personality list" suitable for immigrating to Mars, believing that people with more easy-going personalities are the most suitable. The author of this research report is a computational social scientist from George Mason University in the United States. When conducting computer simulation analysis, they divided future Martian immigrants into four basic personality types, with "easygoing" defined as a group with low competitiveness and aggression; Social type "is defined as a group of people with moderate competitiveness, extroversion, and the need for social interaction; Passive "is defined as a group of people with moderate competitiveness and strong assertiveness; Neurotic individuals are defined as those who are highly competitive, actively maintain interpersonal relationships, and often find it difficult to adapt to dull and routine lifestyles. Researchers believe that among the four personality types, the "easygoing" population is the most persistent Martian resident, while the "neurotic" population is the least suitable. Contrary to other literature reports, this study indicates that the minimum number of Martian immigrants required to form a sustainable Martian settlement is much lower than expected, at 22 people. Establishing human settlements on Mars is an extremely complex engineering problem.
