Li Hongfu, co-chairman of the forum and researcher at the Chinese Academy of Arts, said, "We will actively contact and invite more experts and scholars to participate in the forum and the intangible cultural heritage industry with an open and inclusive attitude. By organizing various forms of academic cooperation and exchange, we will further broaden the perspective of intangible cultural heritage research and enrich the methods of intangible cultural heritage research, A total of 43 projects in China have been included in the UNESCO Intangible cultural heritage List (List), ranking first in the world. We should continue to work hard and solidly carry out systematic protection of intangible cultural heritage." At the forum, some intangible cultural heritage workers exchanged their practices and experiences. Some scholars conduct frontline research on intangible cultural heritage at the grassroots level, achieving a combination of theory and practice. Qiao Xiaoguang, a professor of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, has traveled all over the western and northeastern regions of China. Through extensive Field research, he basically found out that 33 ethnic minorities in China have customs and traditions related to Paper Cuttings, including Tibetan, Hani people, Palaung people, Lahu people, Lisu people, Miao, etc. Although Paper Cuttings of many nationalities has rich functions, forms and different colors, they are all exquisitely cut. He stressed that "Paper Cuttings should be restored to the life of the village community", and applied the research method of "living culture" to "build a basic field practice and theoretical framework" for Chinese paper cutting's paper-cut, which is included in the UNESCO Intangible cultural heritage of mankind's representative works list. Some scholars emphasize that the key to the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage lies in talent cultivation. Kou Xuechen, a professor of Hebei Normal University, introduced the local "one body, two wings and six grades" "book educator" model. "One Body, Two Wings and Six Grades" means taking the calligraphy discipline construction of Hebei Normal University as "one body", the calligraphy association as "two wings"“
