"Through this incident, we deeply realized that the protection of women's legitimate rights and interests in equal employment depends not only on the consciousness of the employer, but also on the legal performance of the functional departments, as well as the joint efforts of the whole society." In response to the problem of "male restricted" in the online recruitment information, the Procuratorate of Changge City, He'nan Province, supervises according to law, and urges relevant departments to make timely rectification. Recently, when the police of the hospital made a return visit to the rectification effect, The relevant person in charge of the city's Human Resources and Social Security Bureau said. On March 1 this year, the Changge Procuratorate found that there was gender discrimination in a recruitment information when conducting Big data screening on major online recruitment service platforms under its jurisdiction, so it filed a case for investigation. According to investigation, from August 10, 2022 to the end of March this year, a total of 12 household units in the jurisdiction have successively released online recruitment information containing "male restricted" positions. However, these positions do not belong to the types of work or positions that are not suitable for women as stipulated by the state, which undermines women's equal employment rights. On April 4, the Procuratorate of Changge City issued a pre litigation procuratorial proposal to the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of the city, suggesting that it earnestly perform its job supervision responsibilities, timely rectify relevant online recruitment information, increase audit efforts, improve the online recruitment supervision mechanism, and standardize the recruitment work of employers in the area under its jurisdiction. After receiving the procuratorial suggestions, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Changge City attached great importance and actively carried out rectification work: checked 12 employers one by one, urged employers to immediately modify the online recruitment information containing sexist content, and deleted the sexist requirements of 63 posts in total; Conduct a comprehensive investigation of tens of thousands of online recruitment information from online recruitment service platforms since 2020, and regularly carry out cleaning and rectification actions; Strengthen the promotion and guidance of relevant laws and regulations, and enhance the awareness of legitimate employment among enterprises. On April 14, Changge Human Resources and Social Security Bureau completed the rectification. In order to ensure the effect of rectification, the Changge Municipal People's Procuratorate promptly followed up and supervised, and found no recruitment information containing gender discrimination issued by employers. In order to expand the case handling effect, on April 28, the Changge Procuratorate organized a public hearing on the implementation of the rectification effect of the procuratorial recommendations, invited lawyers' representatives, people's supervisors, and enterprise representatives to serve as the hearers, and the relevant heads of the Changge Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, representatives of the Municipal Women's Federation, and representatives of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce attended. After discussion, the hearer believed that the Changge Human Resources and Social Security Bureau had rectified the problems involved in the case in place. In addition, the hospital has further reached a consensus with the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Municipal Women's Federation, and the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce to establish multiple collaborative protection mechanisms such as counterpart contact, case handling cooperation, and publicity linkage, achieving the integration of professional case handling, administrative law enforcement, and social protection, and comprehensively promoting the protection of women's legal rights and interests.
