On the morning of July 1st local time, the 43rd convoy of the Chinese Navy successfully concluded its friendly visit to Ghana and left the port of Ganatma. During the visit, the formation commander and his team visited Ghanaian military officials and had in-depth exchanges. The Canadian side stated that the development of China and its military is impressive and is willing to work together with China to expand defense cooperation between the two countries. In addition, more than 50 Ghanaian naval officers and soldiers visited the formation of the Sanya ship. Representatives of Chinese formation officers and soldiers also visited Ghana's Command and Staff College, Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Center, and the coast guard ship "Shemel", and conducted joint exercises, coordination, exchanges and basketball friendly matches with Ghana's navy officers and soldiers. Thank you very much to the Chinese Navy for coming here to visit and comfort the children. On behalf of all the teachers and students in the school, I extend the most sincere welcome. "On the playground of the Ganatma Naval Base Elementary School, Principal Mike Yeboa expressed gratitude to the formation officers and soldiers who came to visit and comfort. He said that he heard that Chinese navy officers and soldiers were coming, and the children had been waiting on the playground for a long time. When the formation officers and soldiers finished performing traditional Chinese culture programs for the students and were preparing to leave, the students reluctantly gathered around the performance officers and soldiers for a group photo, holding the hands of the formation officers and soldiers all the way until they boarded the bus and left. In addition, the formation also held a deck reception on the Nanning ship, with over 90 people from the Canadian side participating in the event. At the reception, the formation officers and soldiers brought performances such as lion dance, Tai Chi, and traditional Chinese clothing display. They also specially prepared on-site interactive activities such as dumplings making, calligraphy, and tea art for the guests. After departing on the same day, the formation ships also conducted joint search and rescue, counter-terrorism and anti piracy, and formation separation exercises with the Ghana Navy's "Shemel" coast guard ship.
