FPSO is a high-end large-scale offshore engineering equipment for extracting offshore oil and gas resources, which can achieve the extraction, processing, storage, export, and power generation of offshore oil, natural gas, and other energy sources. It is known as the "offshore oil and gas processing plant". Offshore Oil 123 "is one of the 100000 ton" giants ", with a captain of 241.5 meters, a molded width of 45.2 meters, a molded depth of 25.4 meters, a mooring center depth of approximately 236 meters, and a deck area equivalent to 1.5 standard football fields. The biggest point is to gather seven smart symbols such as the single point monitoring system, and become the first FPSO to obtain the China Classification Society smart symbol certification, which will lay a solid foundation for the intellectualization of oil and gas production and operation after being put into production, and demonstrate China's high-end marine equipment manufacturing strength. The intelligent design of "Offshore Oil 123" has achieved a transformation from offshore oil production to an integrated sea land operation mode. On site production data can be promptly transmitted back to land, effectively improving operation efficiency by 20% and reducing production and operation costs by more than 10%. The powerful functionality is attributed to the self-developed on-site data center "Sea Elf" edge data center in China. Various types of production data on site are collected at over 8000 data collection points and then transmitted to the "Sea Elf" through the sea land communication link to the land intelligent control center, achieving comprehensive perception, real-time collection, and intelligent decision-making of marine production data. In extreme weather conditions, it can also serve as a "temporary command station". The digital twin technology has also been applied for the first time in "Offshore Oil 123", building a data sharing bridge for the integrated intelligent production and operation of offshore oil production, land and sea. Intelligent and Green! For the first time, "Offshore Oil 123" utilizes advanced industrial wireless signal transmission and electronic sensing technology to connect the lighting system of the FPSO into an intelligent control network. Equipped with 1 set of flue gas mode inert gas system and 4 sets of waste heat utilization boilers for main generator flue gas, these two systems can save 4429 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 11168 tons per year, equivalent to planting 6120 trees. "Offshore Oil 123" is also the first FPSO in China to meet the national standard for Class II energy efficiency motors in a unified batch application. It can save 125700 kilowatt hours of electricity annually. Currently, there are 11 FPSOs in service and 2 under construction (including "Offshore Oil 123") in China, with a daily crude oil processing capacity of 900000 barrels per day. After the delivery of "Offshore Oil 123", it will be towed to the Lufeng 12-3 oilfield and docked with the anchor chain system already installed underwater.
