On May 16th, Sun Wensheng, Deputy Director of the Comprehensive Department of the Civil Aviation Administration, introduced that 10 airlines have opened flights from China to the five Central Asian countries, and Xi'an is about to achieve full coverage of routes to the five Central Asian countries. Sun Wensheng stated at the regular press conference of the Civil Aviation Administration on the same day that the Civil Aviation Administration is currently signing a memorandum of understanding with the five Central Asian countries to jointly build the "Air Silk Road", and plans to study and prepare a plan outline for jointly building the "Air Silk Road", continuously improving the quality and efficiency of cooperation in the civil aviation field.
