China has provided assistance to Kiribati with 5000 sets of household photovoltaic power generation systems and 300 tons of cement for building seawalls, helping the local area solve electricity and seawater erosion problems. China has provided Botswana with a set of multi satellite integrated mobile satellite data receiving and processing application system (meteorological mobile station) to support Botswana to strengthen meteorological monitoring and improve its ability to cope with climate change. The relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment stated that as a responsible developing country, China has always been an active advocate for South-South cooperation on climate change.
