By 2025, the proportion of specialized services of traditional Chinese medicine in the tertiary and secondary maternal and child health care hospitals will reach 90% and 70% respectively, and all the maternal and child hospitals will set up departments of traditional Chinese medicine, and the health management rate of traditional Chinese medicine for children will reach 85%; We will carry out health promotion activities of traditional Chinese medicine for the elderly, and strengthen the health management of traditional Chinese medicine for the elderly in basic public health services. By 2025, the health management rate of traditional Chinese medicine for the elderly aged 65 and above will reach 75%; Carry out the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases with traditional Chinese medicine, build the "hospital community individual" chronic disease management mode, and carry out the whole-cycle health management of chronic disease patients with traditional Chinese medicine. The Plan also proposes the promotion activities of the intervention plan for the prevention of diseases by traditional Chinese medicine, the activities of "Chinese medicine into the family", the intervention activities of traditional Chinese medicine for myopia, obesity and scoliosis in teenagers, the activities of medical and physical integration and strengthening, and the cultural dissemination activities of traditional Chinese medicine.
