Laughter can make people's chest expand, chest muscles stretch, and vital capacity increase. They also unconsciously take deep breath and clean up the respiratory tract. When people laugh, they can inhale more oxygen, exhale exhaust gas, speed up blood circulation, help relieve fatigue and restore physical strength. In addition, some medicated meals also have the effects of tonifying qi and benefiting lung, nourishing yin and clearing lung.
