On the evening of December 28, 2022, the closing ceremony of the 9th Taiwan Youth Lingnan Tour and the exhibition of exchange results hosted by Guangdong Association for the Promotion of Cross Strait Exchanges were held in Guangzhou Haixinsha Asian Games Park. A total of 300 Taiwan guests, including Long Mingbiao, deputy director of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, Wang Ruijun, member of the Standing Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the CPC, Zhang Jiaji, vice chairman of the CPPCC Provincial Committee and chairman of the Taiwan Federation of Guangdong Province, Zhong Wei'e, director of the Taiwan Affairs Office of Guangdong Province, Wang Shitong, member of the Standing Committee of the Guangzhou Municipal Committee of the CPC, Song Chuyu, chairman of the People First Party, and representatives of Taiwan businessmen in Guangdong and young people across the Taiwan Straits, attended the event. The wonderful video of the review of this Lingnan Travel Activity was broadcast, and the awards for excellence in activity organization were awarded to 10 leading cities. The plaques of "Guangdong Province Taiwan Exchange Base" were awarded to Foshan Nanfeng Ancient Kitchen, Dongguan Opium War Museum, and Zhanjiang Ouhao New Year Reading Building, and the awards were awarded to 10 outstanding performance programs. It is reported that the 9th Taiwan Youth Lingnan Travel Campaign, with the theme of "Come Together, Dream More Wonderful", has elaborately set up Sun Yat sen's Historical and Cultural Exploration Camp, Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area Science and Technology Experience Camp, Guangdong World Heritage and Intangible Cultural Heritage Exploration Camp, Ethnic Minority Experience Camp, Hakka Cultural Experience Camp, Chaoshan Cultural Rooting Camp, Guangdong American Village Experience Camp Ten boutique routes, including the National Defense Learning and Experience Camp and the Maritime Silk Road Cultural Exploration Camp, have attracted more than 2000 young people from across the Straits from many youth associations and colleges to participate in the exchange, which covers history, culture, economy, society, science and technology application, ecological agriculture and other industries.
