At the seminar, nearly 50 experts and scholars from China, Cuba, Switzerland, Pakistan, the United Kingdom, Russia, France and other countries carried out warm and insightful exchanges in combination with the bright prospects of China's human rights cause outlined by the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. "There is no greater right than the right to a decent life." Sanakoev, director of the Russian Center for Asia Pacific Studies, said that the Chinese people are looking forward to the future with confidence, and by the middle of this century the Chinese people will have a higher quality of life. "We should tell the story of human rights in China with more confidence." Yao Weike, president of the China Association for International Scientific and Technological Cooperation, said that the history of the Chinese people's struggle for human rights has its own unique historical background and unique path of practice. There are plenty of fresh cases, systematic theoretical logics, and the achievements of China's development benefit not only all Chinese people, but also all mankind. "China's influence in safeguarding human rights has transcended national boundaries." Mario Alsuguere, the Cuban Minister to China, said in his speech on behalf of Cuba's Ambassador to China Pereira that China plays an active role in global human rights governance. China is willing to share experience and resources on the basis of equality and mutual respect, safeguard the interests of developing countries, and strive for greater justice, fairness and human rights for all. "China is very concerned about the development of developing countries and the improvement of human rights." Pan Xinchun, Secretary General of the China Ocean Development Foundation, shared the story of the foundation and its governing units helping countries along the "the Belt and Road" to create jobs, rectify pollution in fishing ports and towns, and organize mariculture training. "The international community needs China's contribution to global human rights governance." Mikel Savia, representative of the International Democratic Lawyers Association (France) in Geneva, believes that this is not only because China is a major participant in international relations, but also because China has a long history and brilliant culture. "Adhere to the concept of harmony without uniformity, fully respect and maintain the diversity and complementarity of civilizations, and actively promote the harmonious coexistence, exchange and mutual learning of different civilizations." The Vice President and Secretary General Left Feng of the China Foundation for Human Rights Development called in his summary that in the face of rich and colorful human civilizations, we should take a clear stand against the theory of clash of civilizations, abandon discrimination and prejudice against specific civilizations, and promote the sharing of achievements of civilizations by complementing civilizations, We will actively promote the healthy development of world human rights.
