Before prescription verification, they shall not provide services related to prescription drug purchase. The provincial drug regulatory department shall supervise and guide the third-party platform to establish and improve the drug network sales management system, establish a drug quality and safety management organization, and establish and implement drug quality and safety, drug information display, prescription review, real name purchase of prescription drugs, drug distribution and other systems; Supervise and guide the third-party platform to conduct dynamic monitoring on drug sales; Urge the third-party platform to carefully review and check the qualification of drug online sales enterprises, establish registration files, and ensure continuous quality and safety assurance capability; The main page and homepage of prescription drug sales do not directly display the packaging, label and other information of prescription drugs. In addition, the drug regulatory authorities at all levels should sort out the situation of drug network sales enterprises and third-party platforms within their jurisdictions, establish and improve the regulatory accounts, and fully grasp the base number of regulatory objects within their jurisdictions; Regular inspection, flight inspection, cross inspection and other means shall be adopted to strengthen supervision, and necessary extended inspection shall be carried out for distribution enterprises; It is necessary to strengthen the coordination of cross regional drug regulatory departments, strengthen the communication and cooperation with public security, health, network information and other departments, and establish a cross regional drug network sales case investigation mechanism and a cross department liaison mechanism. The State Food and Drug Administration stressed that drug regulatory authorities at all levels should focus on the outstanding problems of online drug sales, adhere to the principle of treating both the symptoms and root causes, and focus on containment, high pressure and long-term deterrence.
